               Custom Order Form

 

 

No designs will be started until the form has been completed. You can click the link below to begin the process. Please make sure you fill out the form based on the item you will be getting made. An incomplete form will delay the final product completion. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact the designer.

Prices posted on the website are subject to change and based on a general design. Pricing will change based on the following: 

• Yarn fiber content

• Weight of yarn

• Multiple colors

• Various sizes (XS - 5X)

• Complex stitches

Once you have consulted with the designer and completed the form, you will be given a final quote. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

Please note that all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, your measurement form will be reviewed, and we will work with you to fix the product, if we are able. Perfect in My Hands is not responsible for items that are damaged due to wear and tear. A custom made design takes lots of time to create, so please use the care instructions provided in each order to properly care for your item. This will preserve the perfection, and extend the life of your item(s).

Payments

All payments can be made directly to the designer. Acceptable forms of payments are Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo. Please do not send any payments unless you have contacted the designer. A 50% non refundable deposit must be made prior to starting services. Once the design has been completed, the remaining deposit must be made, along with shipping and handling. The design will not be mailed until all payments have been received.

    Shipping and Handling

​

Shipping and handling includes UPS or USPS and cost of any materials needed to ship the item. Please allow 5 -7 business days for items to ship USPS and 3 - 5 for UPS. Perfect In My Hands is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen items once the product has shipped. If you encounter a problem, please contact the courier using the provided tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address submitted on the form is correct.

Incorrect addresses may delay your shipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees accrued due to incorrect mailing information. 

General shipping fees: Shipping is based on weight and will be given at the time of an established delivery.

 Privacy

Perfect In My Hands will not sell or provide any outside third parties with any information from customers. All information will be used solely for the purposes of creating your finished product.
